The game rules are an addition to the general terms and conditions. In case of a ban or to check what is allowed and what isn’t, you should also consult the general terms and conditions, especially §7. General Terms and Conditions Travian Games GmbH

Trying to circumvent the game rules will be handled as violation of the game rules and punished accordingly. All game rules apply to players wanting to delete their account or in the process of deleting their account as well.

  • §1 Account
    • §1.1
Each player may only own and play one account per server.
    • §1.2
The owner of an account is the one whose e-mail address is associated to the account. If you want to change the associated e-mail address, you can do so in your account (on the 'Account' tab in your profile) at “change e-mail address”. In cases of reasonable doubt Multihunters are allowed to ask for the e-mail address for verification.
    • §1.3
Passing on the password is a violation of the rules and will be punished.
Exception: Dual Accounts are allowed to pass along their password to their dual account players, as long as these dual players do not own and/or play on another account on the same game world.
Accounts that are connected via the sitter function or are played on the same PC may not have the same password.
    • §1.4
Permanently playing an account (using the sitter function) while the owner is absent is only allowed for a maximum of 14 days.Foreseeable periods of absence longer than two weeks must be reported to a Multihunter before the departure of the owner.
    • §1.5
The account owner is responsible for everything done by sitters and dual account players. There is no compensation for damages done by a sitter or dual player.
In the event that sitters and/or dual players of an account do not follow these rules and the General Terms and Conditions of Travian, then all accounts involved may be punished.
  • §2 Interactions
    • §2.1
Players using the same computer and wanting to access each other's account must use the sitter function.
    • §2.2
The system will prevent any kind of illegal resource pushing or friendly fire. If you can send it then it is legal.

Selling troops, resources, player actions or accounts is illicit. This also applies to time invested into an account and/or accounts connected to gifting at auctions.

Insults, disparagements or other questionable statements of any kind at any place in the game concerning other players will not be tolerated and punished.

    • §3.8

Players cannot claim renumerations or replacements for Travian Gold and/or Plus account time lost while being banned. Travian Gold and/or Plus account users are not entitled to special treatment concerning the game rules, this includes processing time and punishments.
    • §4.2
The Multihunter is the only contact concerning violations of the rules on the game world he/she was assigned to. Players may reason with the Multihunter using in game messages (IGMs) and resolve the issue. In case of reasonable doubt concerning a Multihunter’s decision, players may contact: admin@travian.com.au

    • §4.4

The Administrators commit themselves to replace ineffective regulations as fast as possible. A draft of the changed regulation, however, may be applied to all currently banned accounts, even if a final version has not been published yet.
